• Function: A new type of glass sandblasting machine specially developed for glass mirror. This equipment is developed on the basis of ordinary sandblasting machines for the special properties of bathroom mirrors, vanity mirrors, vanity mirror lamps, hair salon mirrors and other series of glass products.

  1. Equipped with 2 automatic and 1 manual spray gun. The lifting of the spray gun and the transmission of the glass are all CNC automatic control, stable and durable. The gun lifting device is located outside of the body, low failure rate;
  2. Can process smart mirror frames such as rectangles, matrices, circles, ellipses, etc;
  3. The X and Y axis of the double servo planetary reducer can be set and adjusted arbitrarily according to the needs. It works accurately and efficiently, the low-voltage control circuit is safe and reliable, and meets relevant safety requirements.;
  4. The glass in and out sequence adopts batch production and waits for positioning，so one worker can operate multiple machines at the same time. Since the working surface is the longest in the industry, it is more convenient to operate.;
  5. Adopts a double dust collector structure, so it can effectively deal with the dust generated during the sandblasting process, and can return sand efficiently;
  6. The layout of the electrical components inside the electric box is reasonable. The wiring is clear, the maintenance is convenient, and the installation is rigorous. The quality of Delixi electrical components is reliable and the service time is longer.
